Rhetoric Heats Up Over Judge Bork

Instead of praising or vilifying the Senate, depending on how you feel about Bork, we should all be grateful and appreciative. The United States of America is a democracy, not a monarchy. The Senate is merely doing its job. We are a government of checks and balances to prevent one-man rule, and we all have the makers of the Constitution to thank.
