Rhetoric Heats Up Over Judge Bork

President Reagan insulted the American people by nominating someone like Judge Robert Bork to begin with, but he really comes in for the kill when he states it’s his intention to nominate another candidate “that they’ll object to just as much.” (Part I, Oct. 14.)
Most of our senators should be given a standing ovation for not voting Democratic nor Republican, but their conscience.
