The wife of former teen-age idol Jermaine Jackson, superstar Michael’s brother, filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences this week in Los Angeles Superior Court. Hazel Jackson wants her husband of 14 years to pay alimony and child support, plus assume joint custody of the couple’s three children, ages 6 months to 10 years. Jackson first gained attention as a member of the Jackson 5, which featured Michael as the lead singer. Since then, Jermaine Jackson has become a solo performer.
