Presidential Candidates

While former Sen. Gary Hart (D-Colo.) and Sen. Joseph Biden (D-Del.) have become already victims of errors and weaknesses in character and temperament (or was it just bad luck), Massachusetts Democratic Gov. Michael Dukakis and Vice President George Bush also have problems which could have great consequences.
It shows candidates and, of course Presidents, do not live in a china cabinet and there is not enough Teflon in the world that can protect them.
It might be wise not to judge them by their follies and errors, but rather how they overcome the adversities and how they can repair the damage by their skill and wisdom.
Small men will fall at the wayside, but the great will meet the challenges.
