Sex Problems Blamed for Autobahn Speeding

BONN — Transport Minister Juergen Warnke said that sex problems often lead West Germans to drive too fast on the nation’s autobahns, and he urged them not to abuse the lack of speed limits.

“Sexual frustration is sometimes the reason for speeding,” Warnke told a Parliament committee that is debating proposals for a speed limit. Warnke agreed with the opposition Social Democrats, who said that men often speed “due to failing potency.”
