Moreno Valley Shopping Center Start Scheduled

Construction is expected to begin in December on Plaza del Sol, a new $13-million commercial center on a 7.5-acre site at the northeast corner of Alessandro and Frederick streets in Moreno Valley, according to Wescon Properties, the developer.
Daum/Johnstown American, Ontario office, the exclusive leasing agents for the center, said the project is expected to be ready for occupancy in June of 1988 and will contain 95,600 square feet of retail space.
Designed by James Adams of Newport Beach in a Spanish Mediterranean motif, Plaza del Sol will feature a 50-foot-high gold dome atop its central structure.
