Seven Buildings Added to Santa Fe Corporate Center

Seven buildings totaling 134,326 square feet are being built as Phase 3 of the 108-acre Santa Fe Corporate Center located between La Palma Avenue and Orangethorpe Boulevard in Anaheim.
The $8-million complex, consisting of one- and two-story buildings and six single-level, multitenant buildings, is scheduled for completion in April.
The developer, Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corp., Brea, is a subsidiary of the Santa Fe Southern Pacific Corp., Chicago. General contractor is Hedley Builders, Newport Beach, and the architect is Howard F. Thompson & Associates, Irvine.
