TSK Unit Buys Torrance Plant for $2.2 Million

TSK America Inc. has purchased a 56,142-square-foot industrial building at 20030 S. Normandie Ave., Torrance, from Kibel, Jonas & Associates, Los Angeles, for $2.2 million.
The facility has been leased to Computer Image Systems, which has moved to the facility from 19220 S. Normandie Ave., Torrance, and plans to quintuple its capacity. The Seeley Co. represented TSK America, a Torrance-based unit of a Japanese firm, in the transaction.
