Appraisers Tap Vartanian as President

Georges Vartanian, vice president/chief appraiser at Long Beach Savings & Loan Assn., has been elected president of the Los Angeles chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
The chapter has a membership of 500 and is part of an organization with more than 16,000 members.
Other officers are Scott Delahooke, first vice president; Taylor Dark, second vice president; Nat McLaughlin, treasurer, and Penny Smith, secretary.
