Bell Gardens : Poker Club Rules Changed
The Bell Gardens City Council has voted unanimously to authorize the playing of five-card stud poker at the Bicycle Club casino and to change the method used to charge players for playing at some poker tables.
The council approved the playing of high, low, and high-low five-card stud, which are allowed in casinos in Commerce and Gardena, City Atty. Peter Wallin said.
Players at low-stakes poker tables with betting limits of $1 to $3 will now be charged per each hand played instead of by the half-hour, Wallin said.
