Laguna Hills : Boy, 16, Killed in 1-Car Crash on La Paz Road

A 16-year-old Laguna Hills resident was killed Monday after he lost control of his car, struck a center divider and was ejected, the CHP said.
Graham Waxman, who was traveling at a high rate of speed on La Paz Road near Oso Parkway, died at the scene, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said. The accident occurred at 5:15 p.m.
The spokesman said that Waxman, who was alone, was not wearing a seat belt.
