Gunman Frees Hostages

MUNHALL, Pa. — A gunman who wounded two police officers and held four hostages during a 16-hour standoff surrendered Wednesday. Police filed 23 charges against Paul W. Ford, including attempted homicide, aggravated assault and kidnaping. The hostages were not harmed.
