ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Costa Mesa drug maker said it has named John Giordani its vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Before joining ICN, Giordani was vice president and corporate controller of Revlon Inc., the giant New York-based cosmetics and pharmaceuticals firm.
