New York Met pitcher Ron Darling and second baseman Tim Teufel will appear Thursday at an examining trial regarding their arrest after a weekend scuffle with Houston police.
They were arrested early Saturday outside a nightclub on charges of assaulting a police officer. Pitchers Bob Ojeda and Rick Aguilera were arrested and charged with hindering arrest.
