Peres, Hassan Conclude Talks

IFRANE, Morocco — Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres and Moroccan King Hassan II completed two days of historic talks today at which they discussed a peace plan adopted at the last full Arab summit in Fez in 1982, officials said.
A joint communique expected tonight will confirm that the two leaders discussed peace prospects in the Middle East, the first such publicly acknowledged talks between an Arab and Israeli head of state in five years, the officials said.
