MUSIC THEATRE TO OPEN IN FEBRUARY

The newly established nonprofit California Music Theatre will annually produce a season of professional music theater at the 2,965-seat landmark Pasadena Civic Auditorium, artistic director Gary Davis has announced.
In its inaugural season, beginning in February, 1987, the music theater will offer four productions and develop new work to be presented in future seasons. Programs for students, senior citizens, children and the handicapped are also planned.
Subscriptions to the premiere season will be available in September.
