Gary J. Parsons has been named to the newly created position of vice president and chief appraiser for Household Bank, a federal savings bank that recently moved its headquarters to Newport Beach from Westminster. Parsons, 42, of Lake Elsinore had been an assistant vice president at the savings bank.
