3 Family Members Arrested by FBI in Series of Holdups

WASHINGTON — The FBI on Sunday arrested three family members and charged them with two robberies in Arlington, Va., and Maryland. They are also suspects in a series of robberies at banks and businesses in Washington and Virginia.
One of them was believed to be the “he-she” robber who held up several District of Columbia banks dressed in women’s clothes, officials said.
Those arrested were Vincent Andrew Curtis, his wife, Karen Tyler-Curtis, and his brother, Kevin.
