Work Starts on Model Homes

Construction has begun on four models at Indian Hills Ridge, a 66-acre project east of Yosemite Avenue and north of Flannagan Drive in northeast Simi Valley.
Indian Hills Ridge is part of the master-planned community of Indian Hills and will include 218 one- and two-story single-family homes, tentatively expected to start at $165,000.
Indian Hills Ridge is a development of CoastFed Properties, formerly the Mayer Group.
