Site for Office Building Bought From Church

Hawthorne Development Co., Laguna Hills, has started work on an office building on a 2.3-acre site purchased in Laguna Niguel for $1.3 million form the Synod of Southern California and Hawaii, Presbyterian Church USA. The Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller of the site at Alicia Parkway and Ivy Glenn Drive.
