University of Connecticut basketball star Earl Kelley will be allowed to finish his college career but must live off campus and remain on probation until graduation, university officials ruled after Kelley was found guilty of violating the student council code on charges of threatening, harassment and abduction.
Kelley is barred from living in school housing or eating in dining halls and has been placed on disciplinary probation the next four semesters. A senior, Kelley has been the leading scorer for the Connecticut basketball team the last three seasons.
