Last Steel Beam Placed in Building in San Francisco

The last steel beam in the construction of the $43-million 250 Montgomery building in San Francisco has been put in place in a ceremony on the site, Pine and Montgomery streets.
Tishman West Management Corp. and Guinness Peat Properties Inc. are developing the 15-story, 107,000-square-foot luxury office building, designed by the architectural firm of Heller & Leake and expected to be completed in the second quarter of 1986.
