Police Overtime a Problem for Geneva

GENEVA — Geneva’s 900-member police force put in 52,000 hours of overtime duty during last month’s superpower summit, and officials said they are having trouble making good on the time.
Before the summit, police had already run up 40,000 hours of overtime because of security requirements at international conferences.
