Los Angeles-based Westwood One Inc., a radio network operator that recently acquired Mutual Broadcasting System, promoted Arthur E. Levine to president from executive vice president. He will retain the title of chief financial officer. The appointment is aimed at consolidating financial operations following the acquisition; Levine will oversee finances at Mutual in addition to his current duties at Westwood One Radio Networks.
