Plane Hits Roof, 3 Killed

GENEVA — A twin-engine plane hit the roof of a high-rise building shortly after takeoff Monday then crashed into the street between two rows of houses, killing all three aboard. Police said the pilot and two passengers of the West German-registered plane were the only casualties.
