Great American Resources reported a $143,095 loss for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, due primarily to a voluntary reduction of management fees. Revenues totaled $202,275. The oil and gas partnership company also announced that M. Larry Lawrence has resigned as a director because of his “heavy personal schedule.”
