Anaheim : Car Jumps Curb at Bad Spot: the Police Station

According to the police report, Marie Paulita Basche, 53, of Garden Grove picked about the worst spot she could to jump the curb in her car.
She did it in front of 425 S. Harbor Blvd., the Anaheim police station, officers said. Her car was headed directly for the lobby but stopped short of hitting the building.
When officers approached Basche, she asked them for directions to Garden Grove, a police spokesman said.
Instead, they took her to jail on charges of drunk driving, where she paid the $1,500 bail and was released, police said.
