Body in Suitcase Investigation: Authorities Sunday continued to investigate the apparent murder of a woman whose body was found stuffed into a large suitcase that had been dumped alongside a rural road in Irvine. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department did not disclose the identity of the dead woman or reveal the results of an autopsy conducted Saturday afternoon. A passing motorist discovered the body Saturday beside Jeffrey Road, east of the Santa Ana Freeway.
