Multi-Seller Auction Set for Small Firms

A multi-seller real estate auction for the benefit of smaller lending institutions, individual owners, builders with close-out units and others without the volume to hold their own individual auction has been scheduled for April 26, 1986.
Properties to be auctioned, to be held to no more than 100, will be listed in a catalog available in advance, the sponsors said, and there will be a special “sellers forum” with color slides, detailed information and seller presentations before the auction.
The program has been announced by RE/MAX MDR, a computerized real estate brokerage at 13464 Washington Blvd., Marina del Rey, and the Piatelli Co., a real estate auction firm. Further details may be obtained from the sponsors.
