Jacuzzi to Consolidate Facilities Into Irvine

Jacuzzi Whirlpool Baths, a subsidiary of Kidde Inc., will relocate its operations from four separate Orange County locations into a 119,000-square-foot manufacturing / warehousing / distribution facility at 1922 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, which it leased for six years for $3.1 million. The structure was occupied by Islander Yachts, a subsidiary of Fuqua Industries, which has moved its manufacturing operations out of state.
