An arsonist set a fire at the Chicago headquarters of Operation PUSH, and the Rev. Jesse Jackson, former head of the civil rights organization, called the incident “a terrorist attack.” The arsonist set fire to the front doors of the building about 10 p.m. Monday, slightly damaging them, but firefighters had to break the doors down to extinguish flames carried into the building by seeping gasoline, police said.
