Associated Hosts Inc. experienced a decline in customer counts at its restaurants in the fourth quarter compared with last year and as a result reported lower sales and income for the period, the Beverly Hills-based company reported. For the 13 weeks ended Sept. 26, net income was $89,000 against $838,000 in the like period a year earlier.
