Ronald J. Speyer has been appointed western regional vice president of Geneva Business Services of Santa Ana. Speyer, 40, had been a partner with Diehl, Speyer and Brown, an investment banking firm in Newport Beach, prior to joining Geneva. Geneva is a financial services firm specializing in merger and acquisition services for middle market companies selling for $50 million and less.
