Indian Springs Estates developer Eugene Kilmer will host a “Southwestern Buffet Under the Stars” on Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the scenic hill country development above Chatsworth. All members of the American Institute of Architects in the Los Angeles area have been invited.
Residential designer Randy Washington, who heads VCA-Randy Washington Group, will be a guest speaker. Also making an appearance will be Tewa Indian sculptor Michael A. Naranjo, who was commissioned to design an 8,000-square-foot, modern adobe residence for Indian Springs Estates. He has named the home “Kokopeli” and a model of his design will be on display.
The gathering aims to introduce the build-to-suit project to architects whose clients may be seeking multi-acre home sites in master-planned surroundings.
