The $32-million, four-story, 150,000-square-foot Carlton Plaza office building has been topped out at Ventura Boulevard and Kelvin Avenue, Woodland Hills, according to developer G. Carlton Sevy.
Calling it a “smart” building, the developer said it offers greater than usual physical and economic control over the office environment with computerized energy-management systems and controlled security access through a computerized card-key system.
The architect is Herbert Nadel AIA & Associates of Santa Monica and the general contractor is Ray Wilson & Co. of Glendale. The leasing agent is Grubb & Ellis in Sherman Oaks.
