ParkCentre Plaza, the first phase of the $180-million, 140-acre ParkCentre Complex in San Bernardino, has been topped out, according to Rancon Realty Fund IV of Temecula, the developer.
The Plaza is a $7-million, 80,000-square-foot, four-story glass-and-brick structure scheduled for completion in December. Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive leasing agent, expects it to open with 35% to 40% of the space leased.
The entire ParkCentre Complex is expected to be completed over the next five years and to include more office buildings, hotel and convention facilities, retail establishments and restaurants. The development is adjacent to the San Bernardino (10) Freeway on Waterman Avenue.
