Downey

Crews from RecyCal of Southern California will clean freeway on- and off-ramps in the Downey area on Saturday and Sunday. Targeted ramps and adjacent shoulder areas are at Lakewood-Rosemead and Paramount boulevards off the Santa Ana Freeway, and Firestone Boulevard and Florence Avenue off the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway. The work was requested by Keep Downey Beautiful. RecyCal, a nonprofit organization supported by private industry, will do the work in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation.
