An arson fire gutted a nightclub, resulting in a $300,000 loss, authorities said. The Catch One, the club in a two-story building at 4067 W. Pico Blvd. with a bar on the first floor and a dancing area on the second floor, was closed at the time flames broke out, Fire Department spokesman Jim Wells said. He added that investigators believe that the fire was intentionally set. More than 45 firefighters battled the blaze.
