Accident Victims Identified:Police have identified a 21-year-old driver killed in a single-car accident early Sunday as Rodrigo Hernandez Arsate of Mexico. An injured passenger was identified Monday as Eduardo Osorio, 30, a resident of Santa Ana. Osorio was listed in stable condition at UCI Medical Center. The accident occurred shortly before 4 a.m. when the car swerved across the dividing line on Batavia Street near Acacia Avenue and struck a utility pole.
