Debbie Mueller Wins in Japan Marathon

TOKYO — Debbie Mueller of the United States finished 2 1/2 minutes ahead of Eefje Van Wissen of the Netherlands Sunday and won the women’s championship in the 30-kilometer (18.6-mile) Ome Marathon--a race with 11,121 runners.
