Walnut Village Holding Its Grand Opening This Weekend

Walnut Village patio homes, a 269-unit Fontana community of single-family detached homes, opens this weekend with a first phase of 21 units priced from $69,900 to $81,900.
The $50-million master-planned development, a project of Berry Development of Dana Point and Centennial Group Inc. of Orange, offers a selection of three one- and two-story plans with two, three bedrooms or three bedrooms and a loft, and 2 or 2 1/2 baths.
Designed by Len Nobel, the first homes will be completed for buyer occupancy in April. They are sized from 1,043 to 1,365 square feet and have two-car garages with direct entry.
Special features include central air conditioning, fireplaces, both dining areas and breakfast nooks, kitchens with greenhouse windows and ceramic tile counter tops, dual-glazed windows, fireproof concrete tile roofs, rear yard fencing and front yard landscaping with sprinklers.
Three model homes decorated by Kaleidoscope Interiors are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 7090 Acacia Ave. and may be reached by proceeding three miles north on the Sierra Avenue exit of the San Bernardino Freeway.
