Morgan Stanley, a leading New York banking firm, has signed a long-term $4.5-million lease for more than 20,000 square feet of space in the ManuLife Building at 515 S. Figueroa St. Cushman & Wakefield’s main New York office represented both the lessee and the owner, Manufacturers Life Insurance Co.
