Arafat Talks With Romania’s Ceausecsu

VIENNA, Austria — Palestine Liberation Organization chief Yasser Arafat met last week with Romanian President Nicolae Ceausescu in Bucharest to discuss the Middle East, the Romanian state news agency Agerpres said.
It said the discussions centered on “latest developments in the Middle East and the Palestinian issue” and proceeded in an atmosphere of “cordiality and warm friendship.”
