The council also appointed five members to its new Advisory Committee on Disability: Sandra Burnett, a developmentally disabled person; David Weddle, who is blind; John Troost, who has cerebral palsy, and Bessie Gottlieb and Dorothy Weinberger, both parents of developmentally disabled children.
