Man Robbed, Shot to Death at Home

A 52-year-old Sunland man was robbed and shot to death in his home Wednesday, police said. Police are searching for three men seen fleeing the area after the slaying, Detective Carlos Brizzolara said.
The victim, Charles Agero, was found by police at about 10:30 a.m. after they received reports that shots were being fired at his home on Whitegate Street, Brizzolara said.
The detective said three men apparently broke into the house, shot Agero during a robbery and then fled in a white sedan.
