George E. Brownell has sold the Crocker Bank building in Santa Monica to Naji Perry for $7.15 million, according to Chastain Real Corp., The exclusive sales representative.
The property consists of the bank building at 225 Santa Monica, according Craig M. Ricketts of the Chastain firm.
