Single-Family Homes Open in Redlands

Highland Grove, a Lifetime Homes of California development of 106 single-family detached homes in Redlands, opens today with 14 of the 28 homes in the first phase sold.
Priced from $96,900 to $119,900, the one- and two-story units are available in three floor plans, designed by Frank Gonzales, with three or four bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths and 1,606 to 1,931 square feet of interior space.
Among the amenities are wood-burning fireplaces, ceramic tile or wood entries, family rooms, greenhouse windows, and concrete tile roofs.
A tennis court and private park are also on the grounds. The monthly homeowners fee is $64.24.
Three models, decorated by Papillion, and a sales office are open daily except Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 188 Orange Park. First move-ins are scheduled in mid-June.
