Girls Roundup : CdM Falls to Woodbridge

Corona del Mar’s Fran Wynn scored 39 points to break the school single-game scoring record, but the Sea Kings still lost to Woodbridge, 64-61, Wednesday, in a Sea View League game at Corona del Mar.
Wynn’s big game was offset by four Warrior (11-0, 20-3) players who scored in double figures. Center Sharon Lyon had 19, forward Kelly Causey had 15 and Jill Daniels and Kelly Ann Wilson each added 12 points. Corona del Mar is 9-2 in league, 20-3 overall.
Costa Mesa 38, University 31--Stephanie Swanson led the Mustangs with 17 points. Costa Mesa is 8-3 in league play. Moraima Campos and Heather Bilby each had eight points for University (1-10).
