An 18-year-old El Cajon man pleaded guilty Wednesday in San Diego County Superior Court to kidnaping and raping a woman he abducted from a parking lot at Grossmont Hospital after she had taken her infant son there for emergency treatment. Jan Hlavecek, a Czech immigrant who arrived in this country several years ago, entered his plea through an interpreter just as his case was to be set for retrial. His first trial resulted in a hung jury. He remains in jail on $250,000 bail.
