SETAC Inc., a systems engineering firm with headquarters in Irvine, has promoted Bille A. Amundson to corporate controller. Amundson, a Fountain Valley resident, joined SETAC in 1981 and previously served as corporate accounting manager.

Dick Vink has joined the Mega Group Inc., a software vendor in Irvine, as vice president of sales. Vink, a resident of Corona Del Mar, was previously the managing partner of Market Ventures Consulting, a Newport Beach-based consulting firm serving the computer industry.
